Okay. So my brother a few months ago came out to my parents. Well now its my turn. What is the best way that I can come out. My parents are okay with my brother being gay. But they have there probs. with it. My mom sometimes cries because he is gay. Which I think is stupid! lol! But I am tired of hiding it! All my friends know, and are cool, no one cared really. The only people left to tell are my parents. So how can I tell them, in the best way?? Thanks!

Your brother is also gay? Wow just ask him lol. If your parents already got the gay notice from one of their kids then I don't really think it'll be that big of a deal getting it from the other one. |

I bet, most straight parents are idiots and think it's their fault their kid turns out gay. If your parents are like that then they're gonna be angry with themselves for supposedly making bad parenting choices. |

okay! Wow! YES that is my parents! My parents blame themselves because my brother is gay all the time! I just want to scream "look me and him are GAY! So obviously you guys did not do anything wrong!" |

There is not a right way of telling anyone, you just have to do it. I don't know how they will react to you being gay though, are you two the only sons? They might take it a little harder if both sons are gay though, but you really won't know until you actually tell them. |

Haha. Well I mean he does not really know yet. Only about my older brother. lol! But he is not happy about him. My dad has never been close with me or my brother. |

It's going to be hard for them having 2 gay sons but they have no choice but to deal. There's nothing you can do about it. Talk it out with your bro  .

I guess. Thats the easy way to look at it. For them all they see is they did something wrong. I do talk to my brother about it, he is cool. But he just tells me that now is not the time to tell my parents, first they have to get over him... |

If straight forward coming out to them is too hard then talk to your brother. Maybe he can help you, it's always easier when you have someone there for support. |

Again I agree with Blanc, coming out will break her heart whether you do it now or later, she's going to be upset...but you need to give her time, I know it's hard to not come out, but sometimes its for the best |
